Payment

Full payment is required at the time you place your pre order.

Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Release Dates

Release dates are supplied by publishers or distributors and are subject to change.

While we strive to keep all release dates accurate, they may be delayed or amended without notice.

If a release date changes, we will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed.

Shipping

Pre order items will only be dispatched once stock has been received and is ready for shipment.

If your order contains both pre order and in stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once the pre order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated.

If you require available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Delivery Estimates

Any estimated delivery dates provided are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timeframes begin once your pre order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your pre order before it has been processed for dispatch.

If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Once a pre order has been packed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Publisher Changes

Occasionally, publishers may:

• Delay publication.

• Change the cover artwork.

• Update the title.

• Revise pricing.

• Cancel a publication.

If a publisher cancels a title after your pre order has been placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

If there is a significant change to the product, we may contact you before processing your order.

Limited Availability

Although we work closely with publishers and distributors, pre orders remain subject to stock allocation.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your pre order, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
