Her writing is too lived in to be naïve and somehow manages to remain untainted by the cynicism of growing up. Returns & Refunds
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Once your return has been inspected, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major metropolitan areas: 2 to 5 business days
- Regional areas: 3 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: 5 to 10 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email where available.
Back Orders & Pre Orders
Some books may be available as Pre Orders or Back Orders.
Pre Orders allow you to reserve upcoming releases before they are officially available. Orders are dispatched once the book is released and stock is received.
Back Orders allow you to purchase titles that are temporarily out of stock. Your order will be shipped as soon as new stock arrives from the publisher or distributor.
Please note that release and restock dates are estimates and may change due to publisher or supplier availability.
